This Industrial Engineer role partners with the extended team to develop and improve production processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering.
• Strong background in manufacturing processes, process improvement, and operational optimization.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Internships or Co-op experience in Industrial and Mechanical systems including packaging, layouts, conveying, and product handling.

Responsibilities

• Determine the capacity of production and process.
• Improve production processes through lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste, costs and increase quality.
• Layout changes using AutoCAD; ergonomic studies and workstation design.
• Understand and utilize 5S, 7 Waste, VSM, and Problem Solving.
• Create and maintain Job Detail Records.
• Perform time studies with detailed value-added analysis.
• Train and assist equipment operators and maintenance technicians.
• Review safety and quality standards to ensure compliance.
• Interact with leadership across multiple functional areas to align on technical strategy.
