Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Engines division seeks a dynamic Manufacturing Manager in Dover, New Jersey, to lead operational excellence across manufacturing. You will drive Lean initiatives, manage KPIs (quality, productivity, cycle time, delivery, cash flow), and coach hourly staff to sustain a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years in manufacturing with increasing responsibility including supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing methods (Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping).
• Drive OEE, quality, and on-time delivery while coaching hourly employees.
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold teams accountable.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and maintenance to coordinate production activities.
