This role emphasizes safety, lean practices, and continuous improvement to meet customer requirements and plant performance targets. The Manager will guide daily operations, promote a culture of safety, and work with engineering and plant leadership to optimize processes, improve quality, reduce cycle times, and enhance cash flow.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of leadership experience; 3 of the 7 years must be direct supervision.
• BA/BS in Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing and lean principles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations on the shop floor.
• Promote safety and drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, cycle time, and delivery.
• Develop and mentor team leaders, supervisors, and shop floor staff.
• Collaborate with engineering and plant management to optimize processes and profitability.
