Job summary

Howmet Engine Products, a division Howmet Aerospace, seeks a motivated and experienced Manufacturing Leader to provide day to day leadership to shop floor teams, promote manufacturing excellence, and drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, cycle time, and delivery.

This role is based in Laporte, IN, on-site, with responsibility for budget alignment and collaboration with engineering and corporate teams to meet Engines BU objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead shop floor teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with lean, quality systems, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to manufacturing shop floor teams.
• Promote manufacturing excellence and drive improvements in quality, productivity, and cycle time.
• Lead plant CI initiatives and reduce non-value-added waste.
• Manage department budgets and align with BU financial objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering and corporate teams to meet objectives.
