Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years' experience applying Continuous Improvement.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and facilitate manufacturing activities to meet goals.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks with Operations, Engineering, Planning and Facilities.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives for safety, on-time delivery, production efficiency, and scrap reduction.
• Establish and maintain manufacturing performance metrics and reporting systems.
