Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Engineer to bridge Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Product Engineering and Quality.

You will drive improvements in processes, flows, quality and efficiency while demonstrating leadership and cross-functional influence. This role is highly visible, offers exposure to senior operations leadership, and aims to develop high-potential talent for future Plant leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution.
• 7 - 10 years' experience in plant operations and/or manufacturing.
• 5 years leadership experience.
• ITAR compliance requires U.S. person status.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• The Manufacturing Operations Engineer acts as a technical and operational bridge between Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality, and Continuous Improvement.
• Drive and coordinate improvements to manufacturing processes, production flows, quality performance, and operational efficiency.
• Develop high-potential talent with the potential to progress into future Manufacturing/Production Manager and Plant leadership positions.
