Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 8 years in manufacturing, and 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• This position involves access to export-controlled items and compliance with related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to manufacturing shop floor teams and promote manufacturing excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement of plant performance metrics (quality, productivity, cycle time, delivery, cash flow).
• Lead plant CI and lean manufacturing initiatives and reduce non-value-added waste.
• Develop and train supervisory staff; manage department budgets and cost control.
• Collaborate with plant manager, engineering, and corporate teams to align goals and improve production and quality.
