Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Leader for our La Porte, IN operation. You will lead daily manufacturing activities, promote safety, and drive continuous improvement to improve quality, productivity, cycle time, and delivery.

The role focuses on developing leaders, managing budgets, and aligning withEngine Business Unit goals while collaborating with other sites and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in manufacturing with 2 years in supervision.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Export-controlled data access restrictions apply to this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to manufacturing shop floor teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, productivity, cycle time, delivery, and cash flow.
• Develop and train the growth of team leaders, supervisors, and other personnel.
