Howmet Aerospace, through its Howmet Engine Products division, is seeking a Manufacturing Leader in Hampton, VA. This role directs shop floor teams, drives Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and partners with engineering to improve production and quality while meeting delivery goals.

The successful candidate will lead CI programs, manage budgets, and develop a high-performance workforce focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience and 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Export-controlled data: ability to access required items is contingent on compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to manufacturing shop floor teams.
• Promote safety, process discipline, and safe work practices.
• Lead plant continuous improvement, reduce WIP and cycle time.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma methods and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Manage budgets, costs, and alignment with business objectives.
• Communicate goals across departments and collaborate with other sites.
