Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or business.
• Minimum 8 years in manufacturing and 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Access to export-controlled items and employment offers contingent on eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to manufacturing shop floor teams.
• Lead CI and lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve OEE.
• Improve planning, execution, and shop floor discipline.
• Develop budgets and align with Engine BU objectives; manage costs.
• Maintain delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other locations and corporate teams.
• Ensure safety and compliance with quality standards.
