Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution.
• 7–10 years’ experience in plant operations and/or manufacturing.
• 5 years of leadership experience.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical and operational bridge between Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality, and Continuous Improvement.
• Drive and coordinate improvements to manufacturing processes, production flows, quality performance, and operational efficiency.
• Develop high-potential talent for future Manufacturing/Production leadership positions.
