Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations on the shop floor.
• Promote manufacturing excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, cycle time, and delivery.
• Oversee CI and lean initiatives, identify and remove waste.
• Improve product flow and labor efficiency with method improvements.
• Develop and coach team leaders and supervisors, manage budgets.
