Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement of plant performance measurements (quality, productivity, cycle time, delivery, and cash flow)
• Follow Safety Regulations and promote a safe work environment
• Drive OEE, manufacturing planning, and shop floor discipline
• Develop and train team leaders and supervisors for growth
• Collaborate with engineering on process modifications to improve production
