Qualifications

• Advanced understanding and adherence to MPI documents.

• Lead and mentor hourly staff and promote teamwork.
• Promote quality work with urgency and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Participate in shift start-up meetings with department team.
• Direct hourly employees and coordinate daily production activities.
• Develop methods to improve productivity and quality.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and daily KPI tracking.
• Prepare daily productivity reports and address issues promptly.
• Provide training and mentoring to hourly staff.
