You will supervise a department, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Manufacturing or semiconductor experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a department and/or shift with 2+ direct reports.
• Oversees ISO compliant and cost-effective manufacture of products or sub-products.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plans and administers procedures.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned area.
• Works on problems of moderate scope.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures/policies to determine appropriate action.
• Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups.
• Provides direct supervision to professional contributors and/or skilled or semi-skilled non-exempt employees.
