Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to provide frontline leadership in our Nevada-based production operations. You will coordinate daily activities, drive performance, and develop staff while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals and customer

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) and manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop employees on processes, quality standards, and procedures.
• Strong computer proficiency, including intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, electronics, server, or high-tech assembly environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift start-up meetings communicating production priorities, quality objectives, safety expectations, and goals.
• Direct hourly personnel to ensure efficient production schedules and department objectives.
• Monitor workflow to ensure material movement and uninterrupted production flow.
• Represent the department during production and shipping meetings when leadership is unavailable.
• Communicate updates to production teams in response to changing priorities.
