Job summary

Hyve Solutions, Olive Branch, MS, seeks a Process Engineer to design and optimize production infrastructure and process flow in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. You will lead NPI programs, manage documentation, and coordinate ECN changes to keep processes efficient and compliant.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in process engineering, strong Lean/Six Sigma experience, and a solid base in fluid dynamics, leak testing, or thermal management systems. Proficiency with MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of process engineering experience.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
• Experience with Fluid Dynamics, Leak Testing or Thermal Management Systems preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems and production flow.

Responsibilities

• Assess and set-up production infrastructure and process flow.
• Manage NPI introduction and process documentation.
• Coordinate ECN/CN steps and change management.
• Provide status reports to core team and customers.
• Perform risk assessments to improve efficiency.
• Ensure safety and quality standards compliance.
