Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking an Assay Production Supervisor for the Accellix product line in Illinois. The role leads and develops manufacturing technicians, oversees reagent formulation, drying, and assay workflows, and ensures GMP/GDP compliance while achieving production and quality goals.

The candidate will work cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Planning, maintaining hands-on familiarity with equipment and processes used in Accellix manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in regulated manufacturing environments with documentation, quality systems, and metrics.
• 2+ years of leadership experience including leading, training, or coordinating technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
• Supervise and develop manufacturing technicians and support onboarding and cross-training.
• Ensure GMP/GDP compliance and review production documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead continuous improvement and implement process changes with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate production status and risks to leadership and align with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain.
