Job summary

BioMerieux Inc. in Illinois is seeking an Assay Production Supervisor - Accellix to coordinate and supervise daily manufacturing activities for the Accellix product line, providing hands-on leadership to technicians and serving as the primary technical resource for lab-based manufacturing processes.

You will ensure safety, quality, delivery, and GMP compliance while partnering with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Planning to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is minimum.
• 6+ years in biotechnology, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, laboratory, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• 2+ years of leadership experience including leading, training, or coordinating technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
• Assign work, monitor progress, and adjust resources to support production priorities.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for manufacturing technicians during day-to-day operations and provide guidance on laboratory-based manufacturing processes.
• Support deviations, investigations, CAPA activities and audit readiness.
