Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking an Assay Production Supervisor for the Accellix line in Illinois. The role leads manufacturing technicians, oversees reagent formulation, drying, and assay workflows, and ensures GMP/GDP compliance with safe, efficient production.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, process controls, and collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Planning to meet delivery and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in biotech, diagnostics or regulated manufacturing environments.
• 2+ years of leadership experience including training or coordinating technical personnel.
• Experience with GMP/GDP and quality systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
• Provide real-time support for production issues and elevate concerns as appropriate.
• Supervise, coach, and develop manufacturing technicians.
• Ensure manufacturing activities comply with GMP, GDP, and approved procedures.
