Job summary

bioMerieux is seeking an Assay Production Supervisor – Accellix to coordinate daily manufacturing activities for the Accellix product line and supervise technicians. The role combines leadership with hands-on involvement in reagent formulation, liquid handling, and assay workflows to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

The position requires 6+ years of biotech manufacturing experience, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of GMP/GDP.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in biotechnology, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• 2+ years of leadership experience including coaching or supervising technicians.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
• Assign work, monitor progress, and adjust resources to support production priorities.
• Support formulation, drying, inspection, and manufacturing operations.
• Monitor schedules and work orders for timely completion of activities.
• Provide real-time support for production issues and escalate as needed.
