Job summary

bioMerieux in Bloomingdale, IL seeks an Assay Production Supervisor – Accellix to lead daily manufacturing and act as the primary technical resource for laboratory-based processes such as reagent formulation, liquid handling, and assay workflows. You will supervise technicians, ensure GMP/GDP compliance, and drive continuous improvement on safety, quality, and delivery.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years in biotech/diagnostics/pharma or regulated manufacturing.
• 2+ years of leadership experience coordinating technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
• Supervise technicians and guide lab-based manufacturing operations.
• Support formulation, drying, inspection and manufacturing processes.
• Monitor schedules and work orders for timely completion.
• Provide real-time support for production issues and escalate as needed.
