Job summary
bioMérieux's Assay Production Supervisor – Accellix leads daily manufacturing activities, supervising technicians and acting as the primary technical resource for reagent formulation, liquid handling, and assay workflows. The role ensures safety, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining hands-on familiarity with equipment and workflows used in the Accellix manufacturing operation.

Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years in biotechnology, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, lab, or other regulated manufacturing environments with manufacturing documentation and quality systems.
- Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience including coaching or coordinating technical personnel.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
- Assign work, monitor progress, and adjust resources to support production priorities.
- Support formulation, drying, inspection, and manufacturing operations.
- Monitor schedules and work orders to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Provide real-time support for production issues and escalate as needed.
