Job summary

bioMerieux in Naperville, Illinois, is seeking an Assay Production Supervisor – Accellix to coordinate and supervise daily manufacturing activities for the Accellix product line. You will lead manufacturing technicians on reagent preparation, liquid handling, and assay workflows, ensuring GMP compliance and on‑time delivery.

This hands‑on supervisor role requires 6+ years in regulated manufacturing, 2+ years of leadership, and strong problem‑solving and process improvement skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in biotechnology, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, laboratory, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments
• 2+ years of leadership experience including leading, training, or coordinating technical personnel
• GMP, GDP, or laboratory compliance training

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives
• Assign work, monitor progress, and adjust resources to support production priorities
• Provide real‑time support for production issues and elevate concerns as appropriate
• Supervise, coach, and develop manufacturing technicians
