Job summary

Klondike Cheese Co. is seeking a Training Manager to lead employee development across our production operations at the Monroe, WI site.

You will assess training needs, design engaging programs, and coordinate onboarding for new hires to support a high‑contact manufacturing environment. Workplace learning is fostered through collaboration with supervisors, ongoing program evaluation, and data‑driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Organizational Development or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in employee training, learning and development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and identify learning opportunities across production departments.
• Develop and maintain training plans, materials, and onboarding programs.
• Deliver high‑quality training sessions and track outcomes to improve engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with department leaders to design materials for New Hire Orientation, Safety Training, and Leadership Development.
