Job summary

Monogram Foods in Plover, WI is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead training SOP/JIB review and ensure operator certification in a busy plant.

You will partner with Training and Development to implement effective training, monitor compliance, and maintain records while driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives across production lines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: 5+ years of training in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily functions of the Training and Development department.
• Review SOPs and JIBs written by the Training and Development department.
• Ensure that all plant training is completed, recorded, and in compliance with internal procedures and relevant legislation.
• Provide training on how to operate plant equipment and machinery.
• Ensure that all machine operators are trained and certified.
• Maintain all necessary records.
• Complete administrative tasks as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
