Job summary

Monogram Foods in Plover, WI seeks an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to support training and SOP/JIB development for machine operators. You will collaborate with Training and Development to ensure operators complete required training and are certified, maintaining records and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in training within manufacturing, understands plant equipment, and can train teams, document procedures, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five or more years of experience in training in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily functions of the Training and Development department.
• Review SOPs and JIBs written by the Training and Development department.
• Ensure that all plant training is completed, recorded, and in compliance with internal procedures and relevant legislation.
• Provide training on how to operate plant equipment and machinery.
• Ensure that all machine operators are trained and certified.
• Maintain all necessary records.
• Complete administrative tasks as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
