McCain Foods USA, Inc. in Wisconsin invites applications for the Production Management Trainee (PMT) Leadership Development Program. This two-year, accelerated program rotates through core manufacturing operations, pairing you with senior leaders to build practical skills in safety, quality, operations, and team leadership across the farm-to-fork lifecycle.

Based in Plover and other U.S. sites, the program offers experiential learning, on-the-job training, mentorship, and optional advanced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Food Science, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Experience driving process improvements, productivity initiatives, and operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of data management, SPC, and Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Observe experienced staff and gain knowledge about processes, procedures, methods, and standards for supervising in each focus area.
• Complete the structured progression plan including on-the-job training, mentorship, self-guided learning, courses, and rotations.
• Organize and lead work teams within focus areas, including scheduling, safety, daily operations, and performance management.
• Duties include decision-making, leadership, and administrative components of assigned roles.
• Assuming a front-line supervisory role, complete assignments in each focus area (receiving, processing, packaging, quality, etc.).
