Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to users across the division, including reviewing and completing helpdesk tickets.
• Maintain IT hardware and software systems to ensure Gildan standards are met.
• Maintain hardware inventories and prepare new hardware for deployment as needed.
• Support special projects or initiatives, as needed.
• Provide support to other IT teams by troubleshooting or performing onsite operations.
• Serve as a point of contact for IT-related vendors and supervise vendors on site.
