Gildan is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver customer-focused technical support across six NC manufacturing facilities. The role operates in a fully automated, 24/7 environment and requires regular travel to Salisbury, Mocksville or Sanford locations.

You will handle helpdesk tickets, maintain hardware, and support IT projects. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with up to 50% travel and the ability to work collaboratively with on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Requires AS/BS in IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ IT experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Up to 50% travel to NC Yarn Spinning facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to users across six NC facilities.
• Review and complete helpdesk tickets and escalate as needed.
• Maintain IT hardware and software per Gildan standards.
• Prepare new hardware for deployment and manage inventories.
• Support special IT projects and vendor relations on site.
