Amneal is seeking an IT User Support Associate (Manufacturing) to provide on-site IT support for manufacturing and lab operations in a cGMP environment. You will ensure site infrastructure and lab systems run smoothly, working with IT and operations teams to diagnose and resolve issues without disrupting validated processes.

The role covers applications, historians, OT/industrial protocols, and data analytics, with on-call rotation after training. Bachelor’s degree and IT experience required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Information Technology / Computer Science preferred.
• 1 year or more IT experience or knowledge required.
• Expert knowledge of Windows operating systems support and operations, Microsoft desktop applications, hardware and peripherals.
• Basic understanding of industrial systems or protocols, such as PLC/SCADA concepts, historians, OPC UA, MQTT, industrial Ethernet or equipment-to-platform integration.
• Familiarity with GMP systems, audit procedures, and IT quality documentation.
• Strong understanding of Windows infrastructure and networking technologies.
• Excellent understanding of both hardware and software systems.
• Working knowledge of validated environments, or manufacturing software preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support on-site IT operations for manufacturing and lab systems within a cGMP environment.
• Assist with integration and lifecycle activities for plant applications, historians, SCADA/MES interfaces, edge devices, and industrial networks.
• Monitor system health, perform patch coordination, backups verification, and incident troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain secure data flows using OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs and database interfaces.
• Collaborate with automation, engineering, manufacturing, lab, QA, and IT teams to diagnose data and interface issues without affecting validated operations.
• Provide site-facing IT support and participate in on-call rotation after training.
