Amneal Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Manager, IT Application Support to lead global 2nd/3rd line support for enterprise systems across manufacturing, quality, R&D, and commercial ops. You will drive 24x6 coverage, establish SLAs, and coordinate upgrades with owners, vendors, and security.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
12+ years managing enterprise application support in a global environment.
8+ years leading distributed teams and vendor-managed services.
ITIL v4 certification and strong regulatory/compliance background.

Responsibilities

Provide global application support leadership for Level 2/3 teams across regions.
Own operational health, availability, and lifecycle management of portfolio.
Establish and monitor SLAs/KPIs; incident, change, and problem management per ITIL.
Drive RCA, continuous improvement, automation, and left-shift of support.
Manage vendor/partner relationships and ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, SOX.
