Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Manager, IT Application Support to lead global application support for enterprise and business-critical systems. You will drive high availability, performance, compliance, and user satisfaction across manufacturing, quality, R&D, supply chain, and commercial functions.

The role manages distributed internal staff and strategic partners to deliver reliable 24x6 support, owning ITIL processes and vendor management in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 12+ years in managing enterprise application support in global environments.
• Leadership experience with distributed teams and vendor-managed services.
• Familiarity with regulated industries (FDA, SOX, GxP) and IT controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead global 2nd/3rd line application support teams across multiple regions.
• Oversee Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management per ITIL standards.
• Drive RCA, continuous improvement, and automation to reduce MTTR and costs.
• Communicate effectively with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, supply chain and corporate functions.
