Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC seeks an IT User Support Associate (Manufacturing) to provide on-site IT support for manufacturing and laboratory operations, ensuring smooth site infrastructure and validated systems. You will work closely with IT, automation, engineering and quality teams in a cGMP setting.

The role involves supporting plant applications, OT systems, data flows and analytics, with on-call rotation after training and qualification where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS preferred.
• 1 year or more IT experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft apps, hardware and networking.

Responsibilities

• Support plant applications, historians, SCADA/MES interfaces, edge devices, equipment data collection and industrial networks.
• Assist with OT asset inventory, system health monitoring, patch coordination and incident troubleshooting.
• Develop secure data flows using OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs and database interfaces.
• Collaborate with automation, engineering, manufacturing, lab and IT teams to diagnose data/interface issues without disrupting validated operations.
• Acquire, clean and analyze time-series, event, batch and quality data from approved sources.
