The candidate will collaborate with automation, engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to diagnose data and application issues without disrupting operations, support OT assets, and contribute to risk assessments and change-control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS preferred.
• 1 year+ IT experience or knowledge required.
• Experience with Windows OS support and general IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for manufacturing and lab operations.
• Support OT asset inventory, system health monitoring, patch coordination, and backups.
• Collaborate with IT, automation, engineering, and manufacturing teams to diagnose issues without disrupting validated operations.
• Acquire, clean and analyze data from approved sources for analytics.
