Job summary

HLBMA LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to maintain and improve manufacturing IT systems and corporate IT services in a high-volume environment. You will support MES, MCS, RMS, EMS, FDC, and QMS while assisting Help Desk and end-user IT needs across plant and corporate functions.

Strong collaboration with headquarters is required. The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS/Engineering or related field and at least 3 years in IT systems, with experience supporting manufacturing environments

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of IT systems, IT support, or infrastructure management experience.
Experience with Help Desk operations, end-user support, or IT service management.
Experience supporting manufacturing IT systems (MES, MCS, RMS, EMS, FDC, QMS) preferred.
Experience coordinating vendors or outsourced IT resources preferred.

Responsibilities

Support delivery and implementation of manufacturing IT systems in project planning and execution.
Define system requirements and coordinate with teams and HQ for enhancements.
Monitor manufacturing IT systems for stability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues for PCs, network, and enterprise systems like Microsoft 365.
Participate in incident management and change management activities.
Oversee Help Desk operations and coordinate outsourced resources.
Develop and maintain technical docs, user guides, and FAQs.
Support IT budget tracking and procurement activities.
