Job summary

Pomeroy is seeking a detail-oriented Network Support Technician to support both office and manufacturing environments. The role requires strong troubleshooting, multi-tasking, and delivering timely, accurate IT support.

You will respond to user requests, image and deploy new computers, manage Cisco equipment, VPN, and LAN/WAN connectivity, and collaborate with the central IT team on projects in a hands-on, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of IT Support or Network Technician experience.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial IT environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and troubleshooting.
Proficient in diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities

Respond to IT user requests and resolve incidents in office and plant environments.
Provide desktop, laptop, and mobile phone support.
Image, configure, and deliver new computers to users.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues and Cisco devices.
Monitor infrastructure needs and report issues to the central IT team.
Troubleshoot Cisco AnyConnect VPN issues and remote connectivity.
