Job summary

Pomeroy is hiring an Intermediate Application Support professional to provide technical and project support for plant IT applications and daily IT activities. The role focuses on assisting with incident management, problem resolution, and change management to minimize production interruptions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/IT, experience in a manufacturing facility, and project management exposure, enabling effective collaboration with manufacturing and IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/IT is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Project Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and project support for plant IT applications and daily IT activities.
• Assist in incident management, problem resolution and change management.
• Support integration of IT sponsored applications and maintain stable manufacturing environment.
• Minimize production loss due to IT issues by proactive monitoring and rapid response.
