Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 6+ years in manufacturing, and strong project/people management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Significant experience in manufacturing or field operations.
• Experience managing people and projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plant equipment, electrical infra, HVAC, and water systems.
• Develop monitoring to evaluate facility maintenance health.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance across in-plant and external services.
• Lead technicians and perform hands-on maintenance as needed.
• Drive cost-savings and support corporate projects.
• Promote safety in all plant activities and meetings.
