Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Manufacturing Innovation Engineering Manager to lead change management and project execution at Lighthouse Facilities. You will champion continuous improvement, test new processes, and optimize technologies while sharing lessons learned. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant SMEs and HQ project teams to identify opportunities to improve adoption speed for capital projects.
• Analyze performance data to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate change management processes for new processes and technology integrations.
• Create communication plans to inform employees about changes and benefits.
• Provide training and support to manufacturing teams on new processes and technologies.
