Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate daily maintenance activities for production equipment and facilities. You will oversee the maintenance team, manage preventative maintenance, and ensure safe operation and high equipment availability to meet production deadlines.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, and collaboration with HR and safety teams. A related degree is required with a preference for a higher-level engineering/business

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Engineering,Business Administration or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment.
• Schedule and manage preventative maintenance activities.
• Hire, train, coach and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and safety team activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts inventory.
