Job summary

Niagara seeks a Manufacturing Innovation Engineering Manager to lead the design, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment, ensuring safety and operational excellence at the Las Vegas facility.

The role requires extensive experience in manufacturing environments, with a focus on maintenance, monitoring, and project execution, including managing technicians and coordinating corporate initiatives. Strong safety leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 6 years in position and 6 years managing people/projects.
• Preferred 10+ years in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 10+ years - Experience working in Position and managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine maintenance of plant electrical, HVAC, water systems, and related infrastructure.
• Develop monitoring systems to evaluate facility health.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance with in-plant labor and external services.
• Manage technicians to accomplish engineering tasks.
• Perform technician tasks to ensure safe, reliable operation of the facility.
• Drive cost-saving and corporate projects aligned with company strategies.
• Be a vocal safety advocate in management meetings and initiatives.
• Ensure regular attendance is maintained.
