Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Plant Engineering Manager in Bloomfield to lead maintenance and engineering for plant equipment. You will set standards for procedures and inspections and work with teams to keep operations reliable.

The role emphasizes safety advocacy, project leadership, and coordinating preventative maintenance across in-plant and external services. Bachelor's in Engineering is required; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, construction, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment.
• Establish operating procedures and inspection standards for maintenance.
• Manage plant electrical infrastructure, HVAC, water systems, and safety.
• Develop monitoring to evaluate facility health and maintenance status.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance with in-plant and external teams.
• Lead technicians and assign tasks to meet maintenance goals.
• Drive cost-saving and safety improvement initiatives.
