LILT is seeking experienced Manufacturing and Industrial Operations professionals to support an AI benchmarking project focused on production, procurement, and supply chain environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic scenarios that reflect operational challenges across facilities worldwide, with emphasis on Indian manufacturing contexts.

Qualifications

• Native-level of target language with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Background in Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Strong understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and Indian manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios grounded in target locale operational contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism.
• Contribute to 'gold standard' solutions reflecting best practices across target locale manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.
