Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead dairy production with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This role oversees raw milk transport, supplier strategy, purchasing, planning, and all manufacturing operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and security across facilities.

You will drive resource planning, forecast accuracy, and cost control, aiming to optimize margins and plant profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years progressive experience in a Dairy or food manufacturing environment.
• Experience with manufacturing, warehousing/cold storage, and dairy facilities; expertise in UHT Pasteurization and Aseptic Manufacturing is a plus.
• Demonstrated hands-on leadership with strategic acumen and execution.
• Reputation for excellence as a leader within the Dairy/Beverage industry.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall operational performance to allocate resources, manage risks, and provide leadership and inspiration.
• Drive operational planning that maintains manufactured goods production and inventories to fulfill customer demand while controlling costs.
• Drive margins and operating costs by leveraging financial reporting and manufacturing data to meet profitability goals.
• Benchmark and implement best practices.
• Support Capital Asset Planning for current and future facilities and equipment.
• Establish strong relationships with strategic partners to optimize value creation.
• Ensure compliant regulatory operations (FDA, Arizona Department of Agriculture, OSHA, DOT, etc.).
• Identify, recruit and retain strong talent; set high standards and reward performance; address performance issues.
