Job summary

The Reily Foods Company is seeking an on-site HR Business Partner for its Malden and Wilmington facilities. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, training coordination, compliance, and HR initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will partner with the HR Director in New Orleans to align HR programs across both sites, maintain records, support staffing plans, and build strong workplace culture through site communications and workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or distribution.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Malden and Wilmington facilities, including postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding, ensuring paperwork, training, system setup, and positive first-day experience.
• Partner with staffing agencies to coordinate temporary labor and conversions where appropriate.
• Serve as the primary on-site HR contact for policies, benefits, payroll, attendance, and HR questions.
• Support staffing plans, retention, workforce planning, and operational HR needs.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and site communications to foster a positive culture.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with laws and HR procedures.
• Coordinate training, including safety and harassment prevention, and policy training.
