Job summary

The Reily Foods Company is seeking an on-site HR Business Partner for its Malden, MA and Wilmington operations. The role supports recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, training coordination, and HR initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and collaborative, working with the HR Director in New Orleans to align HR programs across both facilities and strengthen employee engagement and adherence to HR policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar; equivalent HR experience considered.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; effective communication with all levels.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Malden and Wilmington facilities.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding with required training.
• Support employee relations, engagement, and HR compliance.
• Partner with facility leadership on staffing, retention, and workforce planning.
• Drive HR programs and ensure consistent practices across sites.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with training coordination.
