Job summary

The Reily Foods Company in Malden, MA seeks a hands-on HR Business Partner to support the Malden and Wilmington facilities. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, and HR initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role partners with the HR Director in New Orleans to align HR programs, build workforce plans, and ensure consistent HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, and HR admin.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; ability to communicate with employees at all levels.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Malden and Wilmington facilities.
• Coordinate onboarding, paperwork, training, and first-day experience.
• Work with temporary staffing agencies for production staffing and conversions.
• Serve as on-site HR contact for policies, benefits, payroll, attendance, and HR questions.
• Support employee relations, document concerns, escalate to HR Director as needed.
• Partner with facility leadership on staffing, retention, and workforce planning.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and site communications.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Coordinate safety, training, and HR policy training.
• Collaborate with HR Director to implement initiatives and standardize practices across sites.
• Engage with community job fairs and workforce programs to strengthen employment brand.
