Job summary

NEOTech is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead HR strategy and compliance for the Westborough site and support two US locations. You will drive employee relations, performance management, recruiting strategy, compensation, HRIS admin, training, and organizational development.

You will partner with site leadership to promote NEOTech values, advise managers, and deliver data-driven HR programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience at the exempt level.
• Experience in performance management, organizational development, training, and employee relations.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience using HRIS systems.
• Experience supporting California-based employees with knowledge of California labor laws and compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned manufacturing sites.
• Promote NEOTech culture and values across the organization.
• Advise and counsel managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Mentor leaders on performance management and employee relations matters.
• Ensure policy implementation aligns with legal compliance.
• Monitor federal and state law changes and ensure compliance.
• Oversee benefits administration, including open enrollment activities.
