Job summary

You will partner with plant leadership to attract, develop, and retain talent, drive engagement, and support performance and workforce planning to deliver business results. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce development.
• Manufacturing HR experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leaders to drive talent, engagement, retention and organizational effectiveness.
• Support site people strategies by attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
• Lead HR processes including employee and labor relations, investigations, corrective actions, compliance, and policy administration.
• Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and workforce planning.
